We established community and school libraries across the project villages to promote the culture of reading and lifelong learning. Each library is equipped with a wide range of books to spark curiosity and encourage the habit of reading among children and youth.
Regular library sessions such as book reading, book talks, storytelling, read-aloud sessions, and interactive games are conducted to make learning enjoyable and participatory. These activities not only improve literacy but also build confidence and creativity in young minds.
The library spaces were developed with the support of village leaders, youth leaders, and women’s groups, while children took the initiative to decorate and maintain their own library spaces, fostering a sense of pride, ownership, and responsibility.
