We have established 16 Children’s Clubs across our project villages to promote participation, leadership, and engagement among children. These clubs serve as platforms where children can freely express their ideas and learn valuable life skills through interactive sessions conducted by our field facilitators.
Leaders within the clubs are elected democratically through a voting system, helping children experience leadership roles, personality development, and a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
To support these activities, a Children’s Manual was developed in collaboration with our partners from Guwahati. The manual includes engaging sessions on communication, emotional awareness, relationships, problem-solving, global warming, environmental care, and children’s rights and constitutional rights.
